In this module, we explore the social, political, economic, and ecological processes that shape decision-making in your context. Attention is given to the drivers of change, both internal and external, and the ways they interact to create opportunities or challenges in your case. The module also guides you in mapping stakeholders: who they are, what motivates them, and how they could influence outcomes.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Identify key drivers of change and how they affect decisions.
